A viral posts online claim that President Donald Trump called Fortnite Friday’s Streamer Awards 2025 nomination “socialist propaganda.” But this claim is not true. Trump did not post anything like that on Truth Social. The screenshot going around is fake. This false post started spreading after Fortnite Friday was nominated for “Best Streamed Series” at the Streamer Awards 2025. The show is hosted by ConnorEatsPants and is known for talking with many guests. But even with this attention, there is no real post from Trump about the show. These claims are simply a hoax.

Fake Trump post goes viral after Fortnite Friday’s nomination

The fake post appeared soon after Fortnite Friday was named in the “Best Streamed Series” list for the Streamer Awards 2025. The awards were created in 2022 by streamer QTCinderella and will take place on December 6, 2025, at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles. A screenshot began to spread saying Donald Trump called the show “liberal” and “socialist propaganda.”The fake message also said Trump preferred other streamers like Adin Ross and Tectone. It even used very strong lines like “A TRUE AMERICAN WOULD VOTE FOR ANYTHING BUT FORTNITE FRIDAY!!” But all of this is false. Reporters and fact-checkers checked his official Truth Social posts and found nothing. There is no real record of Trump saying these things. The viral screenshot is edited and made to look real, but it is not from Trump. It is simply a doctored picture shared many times online to get attention.

Fortnite Friday, ConnorEatsPants, and the real award details

Fortnite Friday is a talk-style show hosted by ConnorEatsPants, a popular streamer. The show sometimes invites political guests, and some clips are shared often on social media. But the show did not cause any confirmed reaction from Donald Trump. For 2025, the Streamer Awards added many new categories. This year has 35 award groups, the most ever. Fortnite Friday is competing with other shows in the Best Streamed Series category. The other nominated shows are Alveus Tours, Caretakers, In The Booth, and Let Her Cook. These nominations are picked by fans and the streaming community. None of these steps include any post or comment from Trump. The only thing confirmed is the part that matters: Trump never made the viral post, and the claim is 100% false. Also Read: Candace Owens questions why Egyptian planes matched Erika Kirk’s locations and wants answers about Charlie Kirk’s assassination
