Controversial streamer Clavicular is facing a serious lawsuit that includes claims of abuse, fraud, and emotional harm. The case was filed by influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, who says he promised to help her career but instead hurt her. The lawsuit was filed in Florida and has been reported by TMZ. Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Peters, has denied all the claims through his lawyer.Mendoza says she first met Clavicular in 2025 when she was just 16 years old. She claims he paid her $1,000 to make videos and told her she could become the face of “looksmaxxing,” which is about improving appearance. She says she trusted him because she thought he would help her grow online. However, she now says things quickly turned bad and dangerous.

Lawsuit claims Clavicular took advantage and caused harm

According to the lawsuit, Mendoza says Clavicular invited her to his parents’ house in Massachusetts. She claims there was a lot of alcohol there and she became very drunk. She accuses him of having sex with her when she could not give consent and says it happened again the next morning without her permission. Months later, she says they met again in Miami. Still hoping for career help, she agreed to meet him for a livestream. On the way, she claims Clavicular and his friends used drugs, which she refused. During the livestream, she says Clavicular injected a substance called Aqualyx into her face to reduce fat, without her proper permission. She also claims she believed he was medically trained, which she now says was not true. She further alleges he suggested the injection might contain methamphetamine.Mendoza says she continued meeting him because she believed he would still help her career. However, she now claims he later tried to damage her reputation, causing her to lose sponsorships. She is suing for over $50,000 and also claims her name and image were used without permission.Clavicular’s lawyer has responded by saying these are only allegations and not proven facts. He stated that Clavicular strongly denies everything and will fight the case in court. The case is still ongoing, and no final decision has been made yet.
