Air Arabia resumes flights to 49 destinations from UAE: Services restart from Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah

With appropriate permissions from authorities and mindfully created schedules, the region’s connectivity to the globe is back on track. Now, Air Arabia has announced that it will operate flights from Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah to 49 international destinations across 17 countries. The airline stated the schedule will operate subject to regulatory and operational approvals.Passengers have been advised to book available flights from the airline’s website, mobile application or authorised travel agents. Those who had their flights cancelled earlier can rebook, provided they have not already used change or refund options.

Middle Eastern airspace resuming in limited capacity

Flights to and from the Middle East are experiencing a gradual recovery as tensions between US, Israel and Iran continue. Due to limited operations, reduced capacity and route suspensions, passengers have had to face flight cancellations and rebooking ever since the war began on February 28, 2026. Major carriers have resumed operations in order to ensure passenger travel and also continue the supply chain to the region in terms of essentials like fresh produce. Airlines have been advising passengers to check their flight status frequently, even before leaving for the airport due to rapid developments in the region. Moreover, travellers should check official information channels like the airline’s website for recent updates and travel information.
