5 K-pop idols who quietly built a second life as video game Streamers

K-pop idols are known for intense schedules, but many unwind through gaming and livestreaming. Stars like Hongseok, Miryo, EXO members, Sakura, and Soyeon actively play and share their gaming moments with fans online. From first-person shooters to battle royale titles, these idols reveal a relaxed, competitive side, blending music stardom with the growing culture of online gaming and streaming.

South Korea’s entertainment industry does well when things are intense. Idols practice for hours, record music, travel the world, and perform in front of a lot of people all the time. But a lot of them relax by playing online games, which millions of fans know well.
