7 Telangana High Court judges recuse from Banjara Hills plot case

An ownership litigation over a prime 3-acre plot in Hyderabad’s posh Banjara Hills has seen recusal by seven Telangana HC judges as respondents, including TDP functionary G Deepak Reddy, had objected to six of them hearing the case in which an interim stay is operating for 15 years, reports Dhananjay Mahapatra.
