With this, the film has now taken its total India net collection to around Rs 9.03 crore. On its first Monday (Day 6), ‘Vash Level 2’ saw a dip in collections, earning around Rs 0.59 crore net, with Rs 0.28 crore from Gujarati and Rs 0.31 crore from Hindi. However, the film bounced back on Tuesday (Day 7), picking up strongly to collect about Rs 1 crore net (Gujarati: Rs 0.45 crore, Hindi: Rs 0.55 crore), showing an impressive growth of nearly 70%.On Wednesday, September 3, 2025, the ‘Janki Bodiwala’s starrer recorded an overall 6.75% occupancy in Gujarat. The film managed to draw steady footfalls, keeping its momentum going in the region. On the other hand, an overall 10.25% occupancy in its Hindi version reflects steady audience interest across theatres.
About the Film
After winning audience attention for ‘Vash’, the makers have set the bar high once again with the sequel of ‘Vash Level 2’, which continues the story of Atharva, played by Hitu Kanodia and Aarya played by Janki Bodiwala. The film sees, evil resurface when schoolgirls begin behaving strangely, forcing Atharva to confront the sinister black magician Pratap, played by Hiten Kumar. This time, the horror unfolds within a girls’ school. The film also stars Monal Gajjar, Chetan Daiya, and Prem Gadhavi in key roles. Directed by Krishnadev Yagnik—best known for ‘Chhello Divas’ and the original ‘Vash’—the film has been released in both Gujarati and a dubbed Hindi version.
Bagging 71st National Film Awards
The first part of ‘Vash’ earned recognition at the 71st National Film Awards, winning Best Gujarati Feature Film. Actress Janki Bodiwala also received the Best Supporting Actress award for her performance.
