Twinkle and Kajol admit their talk show landed them in trouble

Twinkle Khanna and Kajol admit their talk show landed them in ‘a lot of trouble’; say, ‘We should’ve had a disclaimer’

Twinkle Khanna and Kajol’s talk show ‘Two Much’ ended amid controversies from candid opinions, including views on infidelity and marriage expiry dates. They admitted their segment caused trouble and should’ve had a disclaimer. The show sparked strong reactions but offered bold, open conversations with celebrity guests.

Actors Kajol and Twinkle Khanna recently wrapped up their talk show ‘Two Much’, which ran for eight episodes filled with candid conversations and a fair share of drama. Throughout its run, the show kept stirring up conversations, often landing the hosts in a few controversies. After the season concluded, the makers dropped a special bonus episode featuring cricketers Jemimah Rodrigues and Shafali Verma. Interestingly, this episode was filmed after the initial episodes had already begun streaming. During a fun game segment where guests had to agree or disagree with thought-provoking prompts, Kajol and Twinkle offered a disclaimer, explaining the context behind their opinions before the banter began.

Hosts acknowledge controversial segment

Introducing the next round, Kajol laughed and remarked, “Now it’s time for our next segment, which has gotten us into a lot of trouble.” She went on to explain that during this portion, “opinions don’t matter as much as lighthearted teasing.”Twinkle followed with a good-natured reminder that they probably should have begun the show with a warning. “And there’s a disclaimer, which we should have had from the first episode, that nothing we say in this segment should be taken seriously. Please don’t follow any of our advice in this segment,” she added with a smile.

Segment sparks debate

In a previous episode featuring Karan Johar and Janhvi Kapoor, Kajol and Twinkle expressed that physical infidelity was “not a deal breaker” for them. When Karan stated, “Physical infidelity is not a deal breaker,” Janhvi disagreed, responding firmly, “No, the deal is broken.” Twinkle then remarked, “We’re in our 50s, she’s in her 20s, and she will get into this circle soon. She hasn’t seen the things we have seen. Raat gayi baat gayi (What’s happened, has happened).”This candid exchange sparked widespread discussion and controversy, drawing sharp reactions from viewers and critics alike.

Marriage expiry date remark sparks controversy

Kajol sparked a lively discussion in an episode when she shared her thoughts on why she thought marriages should come with an expiry date, a point of view that Twinkle did not agree with. When Twinkle asked, “Marriage should have an expiry date and a renewal option”, Kajol responded, “I definitely think so. What says you will get married to the right person at the right time? So, you should have a renewal option. And if there’s an expiry date, then we don’t have to suffer for too long.” Go to Source
