The TRUTH behind viral claim linking Kangana Ranaut with Education Minister position after Dharmendra Pradhan exit, here’s what we know

A social media post claiming that actor and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi to appoint her as India’s next Education Minister has gone viral. The claim surfaced shortly after Dharmendra Pradhan stepped down from the post, but the widely circulated screenshot is not genuine. The post, designed to resemble Kangana Ranaut’s Instagram Stories, claimed that she had appealed to the Prime Minister for the Education Ministry. It read, “I request Narendra Modi ji to appoint me as the Education Minister of India. I understand the importance of education because I was the first person to show people the truth that India attained independence in 2014.”The fabricated post also included a satirical remark about the NEET examination, claiming students who watched Kangana’s films in theatres would receive bonus marks. It further joked that the move would end her “streak of flops.”

Turning the dreams of India’s young generation into reality has been a moral commitment of all of us in political and social life. I express my gratitude to the Prime Minister for giving me the opportunity to serve the nation under his visionary leadership.”Addressing the examination controversy, Pradhan added, “From the very first day, I took responsibility for the situation and never shied away from it.
