This new glimpse brings a new flavour to the popular horror-comedy universe created by the makers of ‘Stree’, ‘Munjya’, ‘Bhediya’ and ‘Stree 2’. With its mix of love, laughter and fear, this one promises to be a festive blockbuster in the making.

Trailer release gives fans a thrilling glimpse

The makers launched the trailer in Mumbai with a grand ‘Thammakedaar’ event, where Shraddha Kapoor, the face of the ‘Stree’ franchise, joined in to cheer for the film. The trailer opens the doors to a chilling vampire world, giving fans a glimpse of what’s coming.Nawazuddin Siddiqui can be seen stepping into the role of ‘Yakshasan’, a terrifying vampire who seems to be the main villain. With his screen presence, Nawazuddin looks all set to bring horror alive once again.The makers took to X and wrote, “A forgotten legend from our folklore, #Thamma takes centre stage this Diwali 🦇 Maddock Horror Comedy Universe presents a bloody love story, produced by Dinesh Vijan & Amar Kaushik and directed by Aditya Sarpotdar. In cinemas worldwide on 21st October.”

Apart from the leads, the film also features Paresh Rawal and Faisal Malik in important roles. ‘Thamma’ is directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, who has already proved his skills in the genre. The screenplay has been written by Niren Bhatt, Arun Fulara and Suresh Mathew, bringing together creative minds to build this new chapter.
