Did Taylor Swift hide behind bulletproof screen at Travis Kelce's NFL game following Charlie Kirk shooting?

Pop superstar Taylor Swift raised eyebrows on Sunday when she arrived for fiancé Travis Kelce’s NFL game, while hiding behind a black screen. Videos doing the rounds online saw Taylor with her security team, arriving to the stadium to catch the match between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles. While the star walked most of the way into the stadium, on her way to the elevator to the VIP box, the star opted to hide behind a rather unusually large screen, which security guards at the venue helped move as the singer made her way to the elevator.

What first came across as a privacy measure has now sparked concern among fans, with buzz doing the rounds of the star possibly using a bulletproof screen. Swifties took to social media to share their theories that the singer was possibly using a partition, which was a bullet-resistant portable shield. While it is uncommon, it does retail for around $6,000.

“Y’all I thinks it’s a bullet proof screen,” a fan commented. Another added, “Maybe she used it only for privacy, but i’m pretty sure it was actually bulletproof.” Still another added, “taylor walking behind a bulletproof movable wall after what happened to charlie kirk can’t be a coincidence….” Swift, who is engaged to Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, is no stranger to Arrowhead Stadium and has been spotted making frequent visits to the game to cheer for her man. She often has fans waiting in that particular area, to meet her or even take her photos as she makes her way to the private box with her friends.If the rumours are true, then the heightened security measures come days after the shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University. Kirk was reportedly shot in the neck while debating with college students. He was rushed to a hospital, but was later pronounced dead by US President Donald Trump.
