Taylor and Travis missed 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce give 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show a miss; netizens recall singer's 2013 appearance

The star-studded 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was graced by the presence of every bigwig in the industry. However, some stars gave it a miss; two of them were pop icon Taylor Swift and her fiancé, and Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce. Though it was a big night for Taylor’s friend Gigi Hadid, ‘The Life of a Showgirl’ singer and her fiancé supported her from afar. While everyone is speculating why Taylor and Travis missed the show, the singer’s fans are recalling her past appearance on the show.

Taylor Swift’s fans recall the singer’s 2013 appearance at the fashion show

The actress performed for the respective show back in 2013. While this show is making headlines for all the right reasons, fans are also walking down memory lane, sharing her looks and memories from the 2013 appearance. Some even said that this year also needed the power-packed performance by an electrifying artist like Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, and others. A fan on X (formerly known as Twitter) called Taylor’s 2013 performance on the show one of the most memorable moments.

Why did Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce miss the show?

The two didn’t appear for the fashion show last year either. According to Gigi Hadid, it was Travis’s football schedule that kept them away from the show last year. “I think if they have one more night before he goes back [to practice], they’ll probably be cozy on the couch, that’s just my guess,” the model said. “But she will also be supporting [me from afar], I can feel it,” Hadid told Entertainment Tonight. This year, again, the reason can be the same, as the singer was last seen in Kansas City, Missouri, where Travis is in the middle of his NFL season. She was present at the game on Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium, marking her first on-camera appearance of the season. Also, she just wrapped up her release-week press tour of ‘The Life of a Showgirl.’ The singer recently confessed to BBC Radio 2’s Scott Mills that she is good at “entering and exiting buildings without being seen. Just put me in a garbage can, roll me, I don’t care.” So the reason can also be just her attempt at keeping a distance from the spotlight. Go to Source
