Ssunita Ahuja once revealed that Raveena Tandon still teases Govinda: 'Tu mujhe pehle milta, main tere se shaadi karti'

Sunita Ahuja humorously reflected on her marriage with Govinda, recalling Raveena Tandon’s playful remark about marrying him. She acknowledged Govinda’s past workaholism and expressed concern about his current idle time, fearing potential trouble. Sunita also mentioned her appearances on The Kapil Sharma Show, where she jokingly addressed Govinda’s inactivity, cautioning him against misinterpreting her remarks.

Govinda and Ssunita Ahuja’s marriage has always been a mix of love, laughter, and a fair share of candid confessions. While the couple now finds themselves under the spotlight amid split rumors, Sunita once looked back on their journey with humor—sharing playful anecdotes, concerns, and lighthearted moments from life with the Bollywood star.

Raveena Tandon’s playful comment

In an interview with Hindi Rush, the star wife recounted a lighthearted incident where Raveena Tandon jokingly expressed she would have married Govinda if they had met earlier. Sunita said she was never affected by such remarks and responded with humor, showing her easygoing attitude toward the playful comment.She admitted that in her younger days, she took such comments lightly and never gave them much thought. However, with age, her outlook has changed, and she now feels a sense of caution about making or hearing such remarks.

Govinda’s work-focused early years

Ssunita also spoke about how Govinda has evolved over the years. She recalled his earlier days when he was quiet and deeply focused on work, so much so that he barely had the time for anything beyond his hectic shooting schedules.However, she also expressed concern about the present, noting that Govinda now spends more time at home. She admitted feeling uneasy about his idle hours, worrying that too much free time might lead him into unnecessary trouble.

During the same interview, Ssunita also mentioned her appearances on The Kapil Sharma Show. She recalled often joking on stage about Govinda being inactive and repeatedly telling him not to take those lighthearted remarks too seriously.She revealed that she had cautioned Govinda not to misinterpret her playful remarks on shows. Sunita explained that she warned him never to use her jokes as an excuse for any wrongdoing, stressing that he should neither say nor even think along those lines.
