Saurabh Shukla reveals Shah Rukh Khan's 'King' cast features '70 per cent of Bollywood'

Shah Rukh Khan’s highly anticipated action film, ‘King’, is still months away from its December release, but according to co-star Saurabh Shukla, the film will be worth the wait. Spilling some details about the film, to get the excitement going, Shukla, in his latest chat, not only confirmed that he will be part of the ensemble cast led by Shah Rukh Khan, but also teased that the project fill feature an extensive list of celebs from the Hindi film industry.Saurabh Shukla on King’s ensemble castSpeaking to Hindi Rush, the actor, who is promoting his web series, ‘Jab Khuli Kitaab’, revealed “70 per cent of the industry is part of ‘King’. All the big names are in it.” The actor also shared his experience working on the film, saying, “Whatever work I did in ‘King’ has been beautiful and memorable for me.” Shukla also went on to gush about his leading man and his charismatic side, adding that people shoud meet Khan at least once.Bollywood stars joining King castDirected by Siddharth Anand, the highly anticipated film has been generating significant buzz for its star-studded lineup. While Shah Rukh Khan takes the lead in the film, his daughter, Suhana Khan, will be there by his side, sharing screen space as his on-screen daughter. Since the film’s announcement, Shah Rukh has confirmed the involvement of his daughter Suhana and actress Deepika Padukone, along with actor Abhay Verma. Since the film went into production, actors including Abhishek Bachchan, Rani Mukerji, Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Jaideep Ahlawat, Arshad Warsi and many others have joined the production. King movie release date‘King’ is scheduled for a theatrical release on December 24, 2026.
