In her recent appearance on The Right Angle With Sonal Kalra Season 2, Sonakshi opened up about the love and constant encouragement she receives from her father. “My dad is my biggest fan,” she said with a grin.

The ‘Lootera’ actress went on to explain how his pride shines through whenever ‘Dabangg’ is mentioned. “He’s that typical dad who truly believes his daughter can do no wrong. But when it comes to Dabangg, there’s just something different in his eyes when he talks about it. That film will always be his favourite.”

Dabangg completed 15 years since release

‘Dabangg’ recently completed 15 years since its release, a milestone that not only reminds fans of the film’s impact but also highlights Sonakshi’s memorable entry into the world of cinema. For Sonakshi herself, the years since her debut feel like they have flown by. Reflecting on the film’s anniversary, she had earlier told Hindustan Times, “Until someone reminds me, I completely forget that it’s been 15 years. It feels like I made my debut just yesterday.”
