Whether it was an encounter with a rude co-worker or problems with the team, he has been detailing quite the challenges he went through. According to the latest update, now Eastwood has name-dropped Shia LaBeouf, calling him difficult to work with. For context, Eastwood and LaBeouf worked together on the 2014 war film, ‘Fury.’

Scott Eastwood calls out Shia LaBeouf for his behaviour on set

Eastwood recently recalled how “difficult” it was for him and several others on the set of ‘Fury’ to work with Shia LaBeouf. While discussing his time on the film on the Armchair Expert podcast, the actor revealed, “Look, Shia is clearly tormented and has maybe got some stuff going on. It was tough.”Eastwood also detailed one incident that became his breaking point. He shared, “One day, he was having an episode and thought I shouldn’t be spitting tobacco on the tank – which was in the script – and then I finally said enough is enough. I said, ‘F*** you. Stop pulling your s***.’ I said, ‘I’m gonna whoop your ass.’” The ‘Regretting You’ actor also revealed that ‘F1’ star Brad Pitt, who was co-starring in the film, had to defuse the tense moment between them before things could escalate. He further commented, “It’s funny. The film industry attracts psychopaths because it’s art and business and they kind of intersect”, while also telling LaBeouf to “grow the f*** up.”

Shia LaBeouf’s method acting went too far, according to Scott Eastwood

The ‘Wrath of Men’ actor also revealed that while filming ‘Fury’ with the ‘Transformers’ actor, he was freaked out at some moments. Commenting that LaBeouf took method acting to another extreme, he revealed that the actor had once pulled out one of his own teeth and even cut himself to get into character. “And I remember thinking, ‘OK. This guy’s crazy. I’m just gonna keep clear from this guy. I don’t play this game’”, he added.
