Veteran actor Sanjay Mishra purchased a sea-facing apartment in Mumbai’s Madh Island for Rs 4.75 crore, registered on July 11, 2025. Located in Raheja Exotica Cyprus, the 15th-floor unit offers 1,701 sq ft carpet space plus a 201 sq ft deck. Mishra joins neighbors like singer Jubin Nautiyal.

The purchase was officially registered on July 11, 2025, according to property documents seen by Zapkey.Apartment detailsReportedly, the apartment bought is on the 15th floor of Raheja Exotica Cyprus, offering 1,701 square feet of carpet area along with a 201 square feet deck. This brings the total space to over 1,900 square feet. For this purchase, a stamp duty of Rs 28.50 lakh and registration fees of Rs 30,000 were paid.Celebrity neighborsMishra is not the only celebrity living in the same building. Playback singer Jubin Nautiyal bought a four-bedroom apartment on the 34th floor of Raheja Exotica Cyprus in December 2024 for Rs 4.94 crore. Madh Island, near Malad and Versova, has become very popular for buying homes. Many Bollywood stars live in this neighbourhood, including Kartik Aaryan, Ronit Roy, Ayushmann Khurrana, and filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri, who live across the creek in Versova.Recent film appearancesMeanwhile, on the work front, Sanjay Mishra recently appeared in the film ‘Heer Express’, where he played the uncle of the lead character Heer, portrayed by Divita Juneja.
