‘Resident Alien Season 4’: The cancelled show gets OTT home

'Resident Alien': The cancelled show gets OTT home; Season 4 to drop and bid goodbye

‘Resident Alien,’ the previously cancelled TV show, completes its four-season run after getting a global OTT home, catering to sci-fi fanatics. This summer, on June 6, 2026, the fourth season will be available to stream after its initial release on television in August 2025, receiving fabulous feedback from viewers. Finishing the sprint, the last chapter will help the audience to complete the alien, Harry Vanderspeigle’s journey in Colorado. Here’s a closer look at the release of ‘Resident Alien.’

‘Residence Alien Season 4’ arrives on the OTT platform soon

Revolving around the extraterrestrial creature who gets involved in Earth matters, the series was initially cancelled due to business tension. While the viewers shared love for the show, the reduced budget out strain on the project, according to Collider. Moreover, a shift in production led to a change in the original scripts. Creator Chris Sheridan turned the focus and tried to give an end in the fourth season, so the fans do not feel stranded, as per the outlet. Now, the final season can be watched by Netflix U.S. viewers in June 2026. While the ending seems bittersweet, ‘Residence Allien’ marks one of the rarest shows to be revived to have a respectful ending.

About ‘Residence Alien’

Created by Chris Sheridan, the cast of the show includes Alan Tudyk as Harry Vanderspeigle. Joining the force are other members, including Sara Tumko, Corey Reynolds, Alice Wetterlund, Meredith Garretson, Juda Prehn, Elvy Host, Linda Hamilton, Taylor Blackwell, Levi Fiehler, and many more. Set in Colorado, the series is based on an alien who gets involved in the drama, where he seeks to murder people out of fear of his identity being revealed. Turns out, the more time he spent, the more he started realising concepts like emotions and moral dilemmas. Go to Source
