Raghav Juyal shares he was skeptical about playing Parvaiz in 'The Ba***ds of Bollywood'; here's how Aryan Khan convinced him

Raghav Juyal is currently enjoying the appreciation coming his way after the release of Aryan Khan’s directorial debut show, ‘The Ba***ds of Bollywood’. Amidst the buzz around him, the actor recently shared that he was a bit skeptical about the project when it was offered. Juyal didn’t give a green signal to the show quickly. Here’s what he shared in a recent interview.

Raghav Juyal shares why he was skeptical about playing Parvaiz

In an interview with News 18 Showsha, Raghav shared, “I was a little skeptical in the beginning about doing ‘The Ba***ds Of Bollywood’.” Elaborating on the same, he added that in the series, all the characters have “strong” backstories; however, according to him, his character Parvaiz didn’t have any.

Raghav added, “I called Aryan and told him, ‘Mujhe samajh nahi aa raha hai, kuch lag nahi raha hai (I am not getting it, there’s something different).’ The ‘ABCD 2’ actor then added that Aryan asked him to come to his home. Juyal shared that he went to Mannat and sat down for a long time.He told me to come home. I went to Mannat, and we sat down chatting for a long time.”

What made Raghav Juyal accept the ‘ The Ba***ds Of Bollywood’ offer?

In the same interview, Raghav Juyal shared, “He (Aryan) told me that he has a lot of faith in me and in himself. He also said that Parvaiz is his favorite character and assured me that we’ll rock it!”Raghav added that Aryan knew that he had the ability to improvise scenes on the spot. The actor recalled Aryan saying, “Hum dono banayenge.” He stated that they shook hands and decided to go on with it. Raghav went on to say everything they thought happened on the set. He said, “Aryan and I make for a deadly combination. When we would work on a scene together, we elevated it and took it several notches higher.”
