Prithviraj Sukumaran is surely one of the prominent names in Malayalam cinema. Apart from his acting career the star has also attracted attention for his reported investments and luxurious lifestyle choices.Reports connected to his Mumbai property purchase also generated significant attention.

30 crore property purchase in Mumbai

Prithviraj has a great investment in Mumbai’s premium Pali Hill area in Bandra. The reported property deal was valued at around Rs 30 crore and involved a luxury duplex residence.Earlier, in an exclusive conversation with ETimes, Varun Singh, founder of Square Feat India, shared details regarding the transaction. He said, “Prithviraj Sukumaran’s production house purchased a luxury duplex in Narain Terraces, Pali Hill, Bandra (West), Mumbai, for Rs. 30.6 crore. The apartment covers 276 sq. m. (approximately 2,971 sq. ft.) and includes four car parking spaces of 40 sq. m. (about 431 sq. ft.) The transaction incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 1.84 crore with a registration fee of Rs. 30,000. The deal was signed on September 12.”

Luxury car collection of ‘Khalifa’ actor

Apart from property investments, reports also suggest that Prithviraj owns several premium vehicles. According to Koimoi, the actor’s reported collection includes a Lamborghini Urus valued at around Rs 4.37 crore. The list also reportedly features a Range Rover Vogue that has an estimated value between Rs 2.37 crore and Rs 3 crore.According to Asianet Newsable, the actor is believed to charge between Rs 4 crore and Rs 10 crore for a film project.On the work front, Prithviraj currently has several projects lined up. One of his upcoming films is ‘I, Nobody’, a Malayalam-language psychological heist thriller directed by Nissam Basheer and written by Sameer Abdul.The story follows Rajeevan, played by Prithviraj, whose ordinary life changes dramatically after he becomes linked to a Rs 17 crore bank robbery case.
