Prince Harry and actress Meghan Markle have been married for quite a few years and share two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. Many online reports recently claimed the royal couple applied for a trademark on both of their names. However, the latest reports say otherwise.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have not trademarked their children’s name

As per a recent report shared by PEOPLE, the royal couple has not applied for any trademark on their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet’s names. The rumors about them trademarking their children’s names recently arose after Markle revealed that her lifestyle company will soon release a mother’s day special collection. It was also confirmed that the collection would have a specific dedication for her two children.The Signature Candle No. 506 and Signature Candle No. 604 have reportedly been added to the Mother’s day collection as a tribute to their children’s birthdates. Prince Archie was born on May 6, while Princess Lilibet was born on June 4. The official description for the candle on Markle’s company’s page reads, “Introducing two new candles beautifully crafted by our founder and named in honor of her children’s birthdates. No. 604 named for Princess Lilibet’s birthdate, is floral and radiant with notes of amber, water lily, and santal. No.506, named for Prince Archie’s birthdate, is warm and grounding with notes of ginger, neroli, and cashmere.”

A year later, they welcomed their first born son, Prince Archie of Sussex on May 6, 2019. Their second child, Princess Lilibet of Sussex was born on June 4, 2021.
