Because of our experience, we often end up judging films as critics rather than simply enjoying them as audiences. But films like ‘Dhurandhar’ remind you to watch cinema as an audience member. When you do that, you feel, ‘Wow, this is something different. Indian cinema is moving in an exciting direction.'”She added, “I feel proud when such films are made. Everyone has different tastes. A film that I enjoy may not necessarily appeal to someone else. Ultimately, cinema is about entertainment. The important thing is how effectively it entertains the audience. Indian cinema is doing remarkably well today, and I’m happy to be a part of this industry.”

Talking about ‘Mardini’, the actress said she is thrilled about the opportunity and views it as a major turning point in her journey.”Very excited. As I mentioned, I started my career as a journalist. To go from there to headlining a film as ‘Prarthana Behere in and as Mardini’ is a huge milestone for me,” she said.The actress also revealed that audiences will get to see her in a completely new light. “People have mostly seen me in glamorous roles until now.
