Renowned actor, dancer and choreographer Prabhu Deva has sold two apartments located in South Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi area for a total of ₹14.80 crore. According to property registration records accessed by CRE Matrix, the residences are situated in one of the city’s tallest residential towers.Documents reveal that Prabhu Deva originally purchased the two flats in December 2012. At the time, he had paid around Rs 14.45 crore for the properties. Each apartment measures about 1,295 square feet and is located on the 32nd and 33rd floors of the building.The properties were recently sold for RS 7.40 crore each, taking the combined transaction value to Rs 14.80 crore. The buyers have been identified as Priya Ruparel and Manju Dange. As per the documents, a stamp duty of ₹30,000 was paid and the deal was officially registered on March 13, 2026.Prabhu Deva is widely regarded as one of India’s most influential performers in dance and choreography. Often referred to as India’s Michael Jackson, he has delivered numerous iconic dance numbers and has received two National Awards for Best Choreography.Apart from his dance career, Prabhu Deva has also built a strong reputation as a filmmaker. In Tamil cinema, he directed popular films such as Pokkiri, Villu, Engeyum Kaadhal and Vedi. He made his Bollywood directorial debut with Wanted starring Salman Khan, which proved to be a major blockbuster and a turning point in his career. He later directed several other Hindi hits including ‘Rowdy Rathore’, ‘R… Rajkumar’ and ‘Singh Is Bling’.Earlier this year, the dancer also hosted a grand live concert in Chennai that drew several well-known personalities from the Tamil film industry. In February, he held his first-ever live-in concert and surprised fans by introducing his son, Rishii Ragvendar Deva, on stage. In a memorable moment, the father-son duo performed together to the iconic song Petta Rap from the film Kadhalan, receiving thunderous applause from the audience.The star-studded event was attended by several Kollywood celebrities, including Dhanush, Vadivelu, SJ Suryah, Roja, Meena and Arun Vijay.
