Fans can’t stop gushing over the pictures

As soon as the photos were shared, likes and comments poured in from all sides. While one fan wrote, ‘I just can’t take my eyes off her’, another one added, ‘Malti, the cutest Halloween.’ A fan also commented, ‘How lovely! Great job, mum and dad, for giving her the gift of a normal childhood despite your crazy schedules. You guys somehow make it happen.’

Sweta Keswani shares her views on Priyanka Chopra’s success

Speaking to India Today, Sweta Keswani said that while Priyanka’s success is undeniable, her journey hasn’t necessarily lifted the larger South Asian community. Keswani drew a comparison between Priyanka and Mindy Kaling, calling the latter a true changemaker who actively helps others in the industry.“I think it’s incredible what she’s accomplished—there’s no two ways about that. But she’s not Mindy Kaling. She’s not helping other South Asians. She’s only helping herself, to be very honest,” Sweta said, adding that Kaling’s efforts as a writer and producer have opened doors for many women of colour in Hollywood. The actor, who moved to the United States in 2010, also opened up about the social circles and cliques within the South Asian entertainment diaspora. “There are cliques just like everywhere. Unfortunately, I’m not part of any South Asian clique,” she admitted, noting that motherhood and physical distance kept her away from the scene for several years. However, with her daughter now older, Sweta says she’s more able to engage with the industry again.Meanwhile, on the work front, the Bollywood actress will next be seen in SS Rajamouli on a globe-trotting action-adventure starring Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran.
