'Parasakthi' box office collections day 26: Sivakarthikeyan film makes only Rs 2 lakhs as OTT release nears

Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘Parasakthi’ is nearing its ZEE5 OTT release on February 7, 2026, after a slow box office run. The film, praised for Sivakarthikeyan’s powerful, unconventional role as revolutionary Che, has garnered Rs 52.4 crore net in India and Rs 84.84 crore worldwide. Sreeleela also marks her Tamil debut. The shift to digital is now the main focus.

Sivakarthikeyan’s movie ‘Parasakthi’ is now very close to its OTT release and the numbers at the box office have become very small.On day 26 the film made only Rs 2 lakhs as reported by the Sacnilk website. The movie started with very strong talk due to it’s SK and Sudha Kongara factor but the final weeks have become slow. The total India net stands at Rs 52.4 crore and the worldwide number stands at Rs 84.84 crore. The India gross is Rs 61.99 crore and the overseas number is Rs 22.85 crore. The day-wise numbers show that the film made Rs 2 lakhs on day 26, day 25, and day 24, while day 23 was a bit higher with Rs 6 lakhs.

Fans now wait for OTT release

Now the makers have shared the news that the OTT release is happening very soon. The film will be coming to ZEE5 and the platform has locked February 7, 2026, for the premiere. With the film now slowing down in cinemas, the OTT date has become the main focus.

Sivakarthikeyan’s powerful role as Che

Sivakarthikeyan plays a man named Che who starts as a railway worker and then becomes a revolutionary. Many people said his acting here is different from his usual style. Fans said his role felt very calm, simple, and strong at the same time.The film also has Rana Daggubati, Ravi Mohan, Sreeleela, and Atharvaa. Sreeleela makes her Tamil debut with this film, and people have liked seeing her in a new language. The movie also has Prakash Belawadi in an important role.
