Chopra’s magnum opus, Pankaj Dheer worked behind the camera. Mukesh shared that Pankaj Dheer started his journey in Bollywood by working as an assistant director on his first film, ‘Roohi,’ and his pay was only Rs 300 a month.“Pankaj Dheer began his career as an assistant director on my first film ‘Roohi,’ earning just Rs 300 a month at the time,” he said before adding, “I remember him working very honestly and energetically on set. His way of speaking was also very good; he spoke in a very stylized way.”He mentioned that Dheer’s father had an association with the industry, but the late actor had to face his fair share of challenges. “Although his father was also associated with the film industry, Pankaj has struggled in the industry. He faced many hardships,” he mentioned.
