Palash Muchhal–Smriti Mandhana Haldi: Couple begin wedding celebrations with a fun-filled Haldi; videos of Team India girls turning Team Bride go viral

The wedding celebrations of Indian cricket star Smriti Mandhana and composer-filmmaker Palash Muchhal have officially kicked off with a fun-filled Haldi ceremony. Photos from the celebrations that turned up online, see the star couple and their guests, dressed in yellow and marigold hues, as they immersed themselves in the festivities.

Mandhana stunned in a bright yellow ensemble, and a maang tikka adorning her forehead. The dashing groom-to-be, Palash, also opted for a yellow ensemble and joined his friends as they danced to their hearts content.

In the many videos, Palash was seen leading the dance squad, throughout the celebrations of the day. The team India girls were also seen breaking into a jig of their own.

After the ceremonies, the bride and groom were seen sharing a sweet moment, when Smriti dusted the flower petals off Palash’s head and he went on to do the same. The couple, covered with haldi from head-to-toe was then seen joining their guests on the dance floor, while also pausing to pose for photos.The photos and videos from the ceremony quickly set social media abuzz, with fans wishing the couple the best for their journey ahead.

About the engagement and wedding

The celebrations follow weeks of anticipation, which reached new highs when Muchhal’s romantic proposal video went viral. In the clip, the filmmaker went down on one knee and popped the question to his lady love. The video ended with the caption “She said yes.”With the Haldi ceremony now done, all eyes are now turned to the epic weekend wedding, with the nuptials scheduled for November 23, 2025. Go to Source
