Palash Muchhal DISCHARGED from hospital

Palash Muchhal DISCHARGED from hospital, hours after fiancée Smriti Mandhana's father sent home following health scare during wedding festivities

Music composer Palash Muchhal, the fiancee of Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana, has been discharged from a Goregaon hospital. The musician was reportedly admitted to the hospital shortly after Smriti’s father, Shrinivas Mandhana, experienced heart-attack-like symptoms on the morning of November 23, just hours before the ceremony was scheduled to take place.

According to the latest report on NDTV, Palash was admitted after complaining of chest pain and breathing difficulties. He had been undergoing treatment for the past three days, after initially seeking medical care in Sangli, Maharashtra, before being shifted to Mumbai for further care.

This update comes just hours after the hospital management in Sangli told India TV that Shrinivas’s condition is now stable, and he is out of danger. Doctors conducted an angiography as part of his evaluation and found no blockages.

Wedding postponed

The health scare for the father of the bride and the groom-to-be came amidst a grand 4-day wedding celebration. Following their hospitalisations, Smriti’s manager, Tuhin Mishra, announced in a formal statement that the wedding would be ‘indefinitely postponed’. Tuhin shared that as the bride is extremely close to her father, she immediately decided to postpone the wedding until he recovers. “Smriti is clear – she wants to see her father well and then get married,” he said.

Palash’s mother reacts

According to reports, Muchhal had been under significant emotional stress during the period, which contributed to his hospitalisation. His mother, Amita Muchhal spoke publicly for the first time on Tuesday, revealing how Palash broke down under stress. She shared that the decision to halt the wedding came not from Smriti, but, “It was Palash who decided that he would not go ahead with the wedding rituals until uncle gets better.”She further added, “He had to be kept in the hospital for 4 hours… he was put on an IV drip, an ECG was done… everything came back normal, but he is under a lot of stress.”Palash’s sister, singer Palak Muchhal, was also spotted visiting him at a Mumbai hospital shortly after.See More: Palash Muchhal’s cousin sister DEFENDS the singer; urges people to ‘not judge’ him after wedding with Smriti Mandhana gets postponed Go to Source
