Olivia Rodrigo DROPS her managers because of Taylor?

Olivia Rodrigo DROPS her managers; fans presume the reason to be a post about Taylor Swift - Report

Olivia Rodrigo has reportedly parted ways with her managers Aleen Keshishian and Zack Morgenroth ahead of her third album. While the singer is famously known for turning heartbreak into sensational anthems, the 22-year-old suddenly flipped the script and is rumored to have made the move right after Keshishian liked a problematic post about Taylor Swift.

Olivia Rodrigo reportedly drops her manager…

As the online chatter surfaced, Rodrigo has been focused on making her internal creative team rather than shifting managers, as per PrimeTimer. Neither the singer nor the managers commented on the ‘liking’ of the meme, but the post revolved around the newly-released track ‘Father Figure,’ which fans connected to be a possible diss track about the ‘Vampire’ singer. The double-tap grew into the drama between the fanbase, creating a wildfire from the minimal fuel. The move brings out the independent Rodrigo, with greater creative control. However, this doesn’t mark the first time Rodrigo dropped management. Previously, the ‘Brutal’ singer cut off Kristen Smith before she went on her first tour, which at the time was described as a ‘professional reset.’

Meanwhile, Olivia made an indelible impression at the Academy Museum Gala on October 18. From her distinct vintage outfit to walking beside her boyfriend, Louis Partridge, she grabbed a lot of attention from the fans. While they didn’t pose together in front of the cameras, that didn’t stop them from getting their cheeks scarlet and gazing at each other.

About Taylor Swift’s new album

As for Taylor Swift’s new album ‘The Life of a Showgirl,’ the 35-year-old released 12 tracks on October 3, 2025. The album gained mixed reviews, but the coy billionaire singer broke the records nonetheless. Many lyrics and anecdotes were connected to people and instances from her life. The aforementioned track ‘Father Figure’ has dual perspectives, and the other side was connected to Taylor Swift’s previous record executive, Scott Borchetta.
