Before this, he had already been convicted of “first-degree residential burglary with a person present, as well as for injuring a spouse, cohabitant, fiancé, boyfriend, girlfriend or child’s parent.”During the court hearing, Shehorn testified and detailed the encounter that occurred between her and Pasqual. She stated in her testimony that “I locked the door and he just started punching holes in that door and broke that open. I just ran into the bathroom because I thought there was another lock on that door.”

The incident occurred in 2024, with the defendants stating that Pasqual had broken into Allie Shehorn’s home. A report from the statement cited that he had “inflicted great bodily injury upon the victim under circumstances involving domestic violence.” At the time, The Los Angeles Times had reported that the actor had been arrested at the border for his ex-partner’s stabbing.
