Nicholas Galitzine and Taylor Zakhar Perez have set social media buzzing after they were spotted kissing on the set of ‘Red, White & Royal Wedding.’ The actors, who play Prince Henry and Alex Claremont-Diaz, were seen filming an intimate moment in London as production on the sequel to ‘Red, White & Royal Blue’ continues. The sighting has fueled excitement about what lies ahead for the royal couple.

Red, White & Royal Wedding filming update and streaming details

Amazon MGM Studios announced the sequel in October 2025. According to Teen Vogue, filming began on January 19, 2026, with the cast shooting in London. The Times of India also confirmed that the sequel is in the works and will stream on Amazon Prime Video in India. The release date has not been announced yet.Matthew López, who co-wrote the original film and the sequel with author Casey McQuiston, shared his excitement about continuing the story. “I’m excited we get to continue telling Alex and Henry’s story with Red, White & Royal Wedding. Jamie Babbit directs the sequel. In a production announcement video referenced by Teen Vogue, Perez hints at a key plot point, saying, “Oh, I did want to say that we are here for Bea’s wedding.” Galitzine then adds that Alex and Henry’s wedding is “a long way off at this point.”The returning cast includes Uma Thurman, Clifton Collins Jr., Sarah Shahi, Rachel Hilson and Stephen Fry. At the 2025 Emmy Awards, Shahi teased the sequel, saying, “It’s happening. It’s happening and then some,” and added, “That’s all I can really say right now. I do want to say that the fans will be very happy with the ‘Red White & Royal Blue 2’ information that’s coming out.”With cameras rolling and the stars back together on set, ‘Red, White & Royal Wedding’ is shaping up to deliver more romance, royal drama and the moments fans have been waiting to see.
