The actress re-shared a post highlighting that the Dhanush-starrer has collected over ₹152 crore worldwide. Alongside the post, she wrote, “On a full blown movie spree! @aanandlrai sir congratulations! @dhanushkraja Sir forever a big fan of your craft.” She went on to applaud the film’s ensemble cast, including Prakash Raj, Kriti Sanon, and Priyanshu Painyuli, adding, “Congratulations guys,” and also saluted music maestro AR Rahman, writing, “Sir salute.” Responding to her appreciation, Dhanush re-shared her story and replied, “Thank you Mrunal.”

Just a day before the release of ‘Tere Ishk Mein’, Dhanush took to social media to share a nostalgic post reflecting on his evolution from ‘Kundan’ in Aanand L Rai’s ‘Raanjhanaa’ to his new character ‘Shankar’. His emotional note received tons of love, but it was Mrunal’s comment that stole the spotlight. Cheering him on, she wrote, “@dhanushkraja Sir… what a beautiful journey ! BLOCKBUSTER!! CULT!!! LEGACY!!”, followed by a high-five emoji. Earlier, Dhanush had also complimented the announcement video of Mrunal’s upcoming film ‘Do Deewane Seher Mein’.
