Who is Mohsin Akhtar – From Kashmir to the glamour world

According to The Economic Times, originally from Kashmir, Mohsin moved to Mumbai at the age of 21 with aspirations to make it in the entertainment industry. His first major breakthrough came when he participated in the Mr India competition in 2007 and finished as the second runner-up. The achievement opened doors in the modelling world and helped him secure advertising assignments, including a commercial featuring actor Preity Zinta.
