Meghan Markle, Prince Harry were invisible to a Bondi Beach sunbather

Meghan Markle, Prince Harry, and a Bondi Beach unbothered sunbather go viral for their royal 'invisible' moment

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Australia tour made headlines for several reasons. Even their last stop during the said visit to Bondi Beach also became a topic of discussion. This time, not because Meghan turned heads with her chic fashion game, Prince Harry’s undeniable charm, or the couple’s philanthropic work, but because an unsuspecting beachgoer remained unbothered by the presence of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were invisible to a Bondi Beach sunbather

A week back, on the last day of their four-day tour of Australia, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry made a surprise trip to Bondi Beach. They were surrounded by a massive group of followers, lifeguards, and camera flashes. Yet, one of the beachgoers remained unbothered by their presence and minded her business as if the royals and the whole crowd were invisible to her.Enjoying her tan while lying on her towel, this unidentified sunbather went viral for her nonchalant act. “Absolute queen at Bondi Beach sunbathing, she couldn’t be bothered to even look up as Meghan Markle and Prince Harry walked right past her,” one user noted on social media. The post continued, “And yes, they were with their entire entourage, lifeguards, cameras, and fans. She stayed flat on her towel like they were invisible. Meghan wanted to be treated like a normal person. Well… mission accomplished.”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Australia tour

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s short trip to Australia included a visit to the Melbourne Royal Children’s Hospital. This medical facility was opened by Queen Elizabeth II in 1963. They met with veterans and indulged in a panel discussion for a youth mental health organization.Further, owing to their allegedly privately funded “faux royal tour” to the country, the couple faced heavy criticism earlier this month. The complaints made in this regard added to security costs as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle visited Melbourne, Canberra, and Sydney.
