Actor Madhav Suresh has finally addressed the mystery surrounding the recent, sudden disappearance of his Instagram handle.The issue emerged shortly after the actor found himself at the centre of a controversy related to his latest film, ‘Angam Attahasam’. Many noticed that his Instagram profile was no longer accessible.Madhav has now revealed that Instagram temporarily suspended the account for allegedly violating community guidelines. According to the actor, he filed an appeal with the platform and later regained access to the account. He shared the update with followers through an Instagram Story after the account was restored.

Madhav and the producers of ‘Angam Attahasam’ recently drew attention after speaking out against negative reviews and criticism directed at the movie. According to Asianet News, their allegations sparked a public exchange involving a popular YouTube reviewer whose response quickly became a widely discussed topic on social media.
Madhav Suresh speaks against online hate campaigns
During a press conference in Thiruvananthapuram, Madhav spoke at length about what he described as an ongoing pattern of online attacks targeting not only him but also several filmmakers.As quoted by Kerala Kaumudi, he said, “Not just my film, many filmmakers are going through the same. I don’t know whether they are being paid to hurl such insults and malign movies for no reason. I do not think that is right. Negative criticism is totally fine, but insulting and deriding a movie is unacceptable.”Madhav also acknowledged that he is still learning as an actor and does not claim to be perfect in his craft.He added, “I am not a great actor. I am just making my baby steps into this field, and there may be mistakes. However, it is not just me who is getting affected by the hate campaign. The makers and producers who spent money expecting a good result are shattered over such a malign campaign on social media. You might hate me, but don’t make it a reason to hurt others’ feelings, too.”

Madhav further claimed that some of the criticism directed at him has extended beyond professional matters and entered deeply personal territory.Speaking about the situation, he said, “Just go through the comments appearing on my Instagram post. They are even going to the extent of insulting my mother and sisters. I don’t know if it is the hate for my father’s politics. My state and my country are more important to me. I am an ordinary citizen. I only want my country to improve. They started linking me to my father’s party. It even affected my career. I am a person who wants to work and live a decent life. I don’t know what to do now.”Meanwhile, Madhav Suresh’s film ‘Angam Attahasam’ mostly received mixed reviews from both audiences and critics.
