‘Lenin’ has started its theatrical journey with encouraging box office numbers. According to Sacnilk, the film collected an estimated Rs 5.90 crore net in India on its opening day.The collection came from 2,028 shows across the country. The India gross collection reached Rs 6.73 crore, while the India net total stood at Rs 5.90 crore.The film also performed well overseas by collecting Rs 3 crore in gross revenue. ‘Lenin’ ended Day 1 with a worldwide gross collection of Rs 9.73 crore.
A rural action drama with a strong cast
‘Lenin’ is touted as an action drama set in a rural environment. Akhil Akkineni leads the cast, while Bhagyashri Borse plays the female lead.
