Kriti dances her heart out at Nupur-Stebin’s haldi celebrations

Kriti Sanon dances her heart out as Nupur Sanon and Stebin Ben’s haldi celebrations turn into a dhol-filled party

Singer Stebin Ben and actor Nupur Sanon’s wedding celebrations officially began in Udaipur with a vibrant haldi ceremony that set the tone for the days ahead. Surrounded by close friends and family, the couple embraced the festive spirit as music, colour and laughter filled the venue, marking the first major ritual of their pre-wedding celebrations.

Kriti, Nupur and Stebin steal the spotlight on the dance floor

The highlight of the haldi was undoubtedly the energetic dancing by Kriti Sanon, Nupur Sanon and Stebin Ben. Videos doing the rounds on social media show the trio dancing exuberantly to the beats of the dhols, clearly enjoying every moment of the celebration. Kriti matched steps with her sister, while Stebin joined in with equal enthusiasm, creating cheerful, picture-perfect moments. Soon after, the rest of the family and friends followed suit, turning the ceremony into a lively dance party.

Bright hues and festive fashion

For the haldi, Nupur looked radiant in a yellow-and-white lehenga, paired with soft curls and minimal jewellery, keeping the look traditional yet fresh. Stebin complemented her in a coordinated yellow-and-white kurta. Kriti opted for a striking yellow ensemble, adding a boho twist with a contrasting scarf, which quickly caught fans’ attention online. The haldi ceremony marks the beginning of a series of intimate yet joyful wedding events. The couple is set to have a Christian wedding ceremony, followed by traditional pheras on January 11.

Fashion takes centre stage

Sources close to the couple reveal that the wedding festivities have been thoughtfully planned, with several heartfelt moments lined up. “Nupur’s father will walk her down the aisle, while her sister Kriti will be the maid of honour. The couple has also planned a special ‘roast-and-toast’ segment, where family and friends will either lovingly roast them or emotionally toast them. They’re extremely excited and looking forward to it,” the source shared with Bombay Times. Fashion is set to be one of the biggest highlights of the celebrations. According to the source, “All the bridesmaid outfits have been designed by Nupur’s own label and feature an aqua, Tiffany blue–inspired shade. Kriti’s outfit has been given a special touch to make it stand out.” Adding to the glamour, ace designer Manish Malhotra has designed outfits for the entire Sanon family, including ensembles for the main wedding ceremony on January 11.
