KJo on SRK and Aryan’s similar quality: ‘They are both crazily…’

Karan Johar on Shah Rukh Khan and Aryan Khan's similar quality: 'They are both crazily, equally, madly, obsessively...'

Karan Johar recently shared insights into Shah Rukh Khan and Aryan Khan, highlighting their shared obsessive passion for every shot, with Aryan working behind the camera. Johar also emphasized his profound bond with SRK, describing him as family and noting his unique generosity, as SRK never discusses money for their film projects.

Karan Johar recently opened up about his close friend, Shah Rukh Khan and his son Aryan Khan. The filmmaker also pointed out one quality that the father-son duo shares.

Passionate about every shot

In conversation with Komal Nahata, “They are both crazily, equally, madly, obsessively passionate about every shot in every scene. Aryan goes berserk if he doesn’t get what he wants. And the quality that differentiates him from Shah Rukh is that he’s not in front of the camera.”

Shah Rukh Khan’s generosity and bond with Karan Johar

Further, in the same interview, Karan added, “I feel very strongly about Shah Rukh Khan, he is my friend, mentor, brother, and my everything. He is the only person who has never talked about money with me. He says, ‘Whatever you want, you send the paper and I’ll sign it.’ Up until now, he has never discussed money for any of the movies with me or even heard the script. I would just go and say, ‘Bhai, I am directing a movie, these are the dates, the money is whatever you say.’ He’s my family. Apart from him, every actor has just been professional.”

Sunil Pal on Aryan Khan

Recently, in an interview with Pinkvilla Hindi Rush, stand-up comedian Sunil Pal criticized the makers for showcasing the film industry in a negative light. He said, “The very Bollywood that made your father such a big superstar, you are bad-mouthing it in such a way today.” He stated that he’s uncomfortable with Shah Rukh making fun of the very industry that made him famous. While everyone is still buzzing about the show’s bold style, the actor-comedian’s comments can be considered as the contrasting opinion from within the industry.Pal further expressed that Aryan should be respecting the industry that established his family’s legacy. He said, “Bollywood made your father a superstar.”

Work update

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan will soon be seen in Siddharth Anand’s King. It will also star his daughter Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan and others. Meanwhile, Aryan made his big Bollywood debut with his directorial, Ba***ds of Bollywood. It Lakshya, Sahher Bambba, Bobby Deol, Raghav Juyal, Manoj Pahwa, Anya Singh, Karan Johar, and Mona Singh in key roles. Go to Source
