‘King’ title, teaser reveal: SRK rocks silver head MAFIA avtar

'King' title reveal: Shah Rukh Khan promises fans 'New SRK Experience' with film's teaser - Watch

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has unveiled the first look of his upcoming film, ‘King’, on his 60th birthday. Director Siddharth Anand shared a teaser showcasing SRK in a powerful mafia role, promising a fresh experience for fans. The film, officially titled ‘King’, is slated for a 2026 release, with the teaser hinting at a globally renowned character.

The teaser starts with a bird-eye view of an island facility. And then, SRK, in a heavy voice, can be heard saying, “Kitne khoon kiye, yaad nahi. Woh achche log the ya burey, kabhi pucha nahi. Bas unki aankho me yeh ehsaas dekha ki yeh unki aakhri saans hai. Aur mai uski wajah (I don’t remember how many murders I committed. Whether they were good people or bad, I never asked. I only saw this realization in their eyes: that this was their last breath. And I was the reason for it).” While he says this dialogue in a heavy tone, we can see SRK, with silver hair, going on a killing spree. The voice-over establishes the titular character as his dread as a ruthless mercenary. One of the iconic moments from the title reveal is when SRK wields the King of Hearts card as a weapon, a symbolic nod to his enduring reign as the King of Hearts, both on and off-screen.’King’ is set to release in 2026.
