Unseen photos from Kartik’s cozy Ganesh Chaturthi celebration have popped up on Reddit. In the pictures, the actor and Sreeleela are seen twinning in white, with one photo showing Kartik next to Sreeleela’s mom, while Sreeleela stood beside Kartik’s mother, Mala Tiwari. Another shot captured a fun group selfie with both families smiling together. Naturally, the pictures have sparked even more rumours about the duo’s growing romance.

Back in March, a clip from an award show showed Kartik’s mother being asked what she hopes for in a future daughter-in-law. She playfully said the family wishes for a very good doctor, sparking speculation that it could be a hint about Kartik’s rumored relationship with Sreeleela, who is studying medicine. So far, neither Kartik nor Sreeleela has confirmed or denied the rumors.In March, Sreeleela joined Kartik’s family party celebrating his sister Dr Kritika Tiwari’s latest achievement in her medical career. A viral video showed the two having a great time, with Sreeleela perfectly nailing the hook step from Pushpa 2’s song Kissik, while Kartik stood behind her, capturing the fun moments on his phone.
