She playfully said the family wishes for a very good doctor, sparking speculation that it could be a hint about Kartik’s rumored relationship with Sreeleela, who is studying medicine. So far, neither Kartik nor Sreeleela has confirmed or denied the rumors.In March, Sreeleela joined Kartik’s family party celebrating his sister Dr Kritika Tiwari’s latest achievement in her medical career. A viral video showed the two having a great time, with Sreeleela perfectly nailing the hook step from Pushpa 2’s song Kissik, while Kartik stood behind her, capturing the fun moments on his phone.
