The actor took to Instagram to share photos and videos capturing his eco-friendly Ganpati visarjan celebrations with his mother and pet dog, Katori. The actor’s heartfelt farewell to Lord Ganesha was met with love from fans, who flooded the post with heart emojis. One fan wrote, “Ganpati Bappa’s blessings are always with you Kartik. May Bappa bring you endless success and happiness. Also loved how you’re even teaching little Katori to pray. such a pure moment!” Behind-the-Scenes joy on final shoot daySharing a behind-the-scenes video on Instagram, the actor captured joyful moments from the final day of shooting for the film. The footage included celebrations like cake-cutting, dancing, and warm embraces among the cast and crew. It’s always pure joy working with you.”About the film and its releaseSameer Vidwans, known for ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’, is directing ‘Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri’. The movie is a mix of romance, fun, and emotional moments. Kartik Aaryan plays Ray, and Ananya Panday plays Rumi. The film is produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Shareen Mantri Kedia, and Kishor Arora under Dharma Productions and Namah Pictures. It will be released in theaters on February 13, 2026, just before Valentine’s Day.Final leg of shooting and release plansAccording to Mid-day, Karti is set to continue shooting the final portion of Anurag Basu’s romantic drama in Mumbai once the Ganesh Chaturthi festivities conclude. The bulk of the film is already shot. Post Ganpati celebrations this month, the team will dive into a 45-day marathon schedule that should take the movie to the finish line. The film is now expected to release in theaters in April 2026, coinciding with the summer holiday season.
