Kangana was a complete professional and I still maintain, a truly gifted artist. This is unfair slander to her. She went on to call me a terrorist a few years later for my comedy but on set…no problems at all.”

The controversy surrounding Revolver Rani picked up steam on social media following journalist Simi Chandoke’s appearance on Siddharth Kannan’s podcast, where she made a series of eyebrow-raising claims. According to Simi, Vir had an extremely difficult experience shooting the film alongside Kangana. She alleged that during a passionate kissing scene, Kangana got so caught up in the moment that she failed to stop even after the director called cut. Simi further claimed that Kangana not only continued past the end of the scene but also bit Vir’s lip so hard that it drew blood, leaving him in considerable distress.
