Jolly LLB 3 just needs Rs 2 lakh to beat Jolly LLB 2’s collection

Akshay Kumar’s Jolly LLB 3 just needs Rs 2 lakh to beat Jolly LLB 2’s box office collection

After navigating a challenging period at the box office, Akshay Kumar has rebounded spectacularly in 2025, celebrated for his series of hit films. The buzz surrounding Jolly LLB 3 is particularly electrifying, as it aims to eclipse the box office performance of Jolly LLB 2, which previously garnered Rs 117 crore.

Akshay Kumar has been one of the biggest pillars in Hindi cinema over the past 3 decades.Over the years he has delivered many successful and blockbuster hits. But since Pandemic the actor has been struggling at the box office with most of his films failing to connect with the audience. But it seems the year 2025 has bought a big sigh of relief for the actor. This year he has already delivered three successes with Housefull 5, Kesari 2 and Sky Force. And now with this fourth release Jolly LLB 3 which saw him don the lawyer’s robe once again has assured that he will end the year on a high note. Jolly LLB 3 is part of the Jolly franchise which started in 2013 with Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani and was followed up with Jolly LLB 2 with Akshay Kumar and Annu Kapoor , with Saurabh Shukla being the only common factor. For the third part director Subhash Kapoor got Akshay, Arshad and Sauabh Shukla together – it was the avengers moment for the world of lawyers. Jolly LLB 3 is now finally all set to become the highest grossing of the Jolly series, the position was held by Jolly LLB 2 with a lifetime collection of Rs 117 crore. At the end of 7 weeks, Jolly LLB 3’s lifetime collection stands at Rs 116.98 crore and requires just over Rs 2 lakh to take the top spot. The success of the third part has made its makers hold back the OTT release of the film which is not expected to hit the streaming platforms only after the film completes 8 weeks. Akshay’s next release is going to be Priyadarshan’s Bhoot Bangla which also stars Tabu, Paresh Rawal and Wamiqa gabbi. He also has another film with Priyadarshan called Haiwaan which sees him pair up with his old buddy Saif Ali Khan after Tashan. He is also expected to kick start Hera Pheri 3 next year which will see him with his old trio of Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal.
