Jolly LLB 3 is now the highest grossing film of Jolly series

Akshay Kumar’s ‘Jolly LLB 3’ is now the highest grossing film of Jolly series

In 2025, Akshay Kumar is riding a wave of renewed success, thanks to a series of blockbuster hits leading up to the phenomenal ‘Jolly LLB 3’. This latest installment not only reunites beloved cast members from previous films but has also shattered records, outpacing ‘Jolly LLB 2’ to claim the title of the franchise’s highest-grossing film.

For more than 30 years Akshay Kumar has proved as to why he is one of the best actors in the business, in these years his films have delivered blockbuster returns at the box office. He still is one of the busiest actors in the country but still finds time to be with his family. He has been struggling at the box office since pandemic as his films haven’t done as well as expected. But 2025 has bought a big sigh of relief for the actor. This year he has already delivered three successes with Housefull 5, Kesari 2 and Sky Force. And now with this fourth release Jolly LLB 3 which saw him don the lawyer’s robe once again has now become the highest grossing film of the Jolly series beating Jolly LLB 2’s lifetime collection. The Jolly franchise started in 2013 with Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani and was followed up with Jolly LLB 2 with Akshay Kumar and Annu Kapoor , with Saurabh Shukla being the only common factor. For the third part director Subhash Kapoor got Akshay, Arshad and Sauabh Shukla together – it was the avengers moment for the world of lawyers. As the record books go Jolly LLB 2 is the highest grossing film of the series with Rs 117 crore collection but with a collection of Rs 3 lakh on 43rd day of its release Jolly LLB 3 has gone past that collection. Its total collection now stands at Rs 117.01 crore and it is now the highest grossing film of the Jolly series. The film is now all primed to have its OTT release. Akshay’s next is Priyadarshan’s Bhoot Bangla with Tabu, Paresh Rawal and Wamiqa gabbi. He also has another film with Priyadarshan called Haiwaan with his old buddy Saif Ali Khan after Tashan. He is also expected to kick start Hera Pheri 3 next year which will see him with his old trio of Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal.
