Jolly LLB 3 becomes 8th biggest weekend opening of 2025

The biggest weekend opening of Hindi cinema this year has been Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR’s War 2 which collected Rs 127 crore, the film was released on 14th August and had a 4 day weekend. If one considers just 3 day opening than Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava is the year’s biggest opening as it collected Rs 116.5 crore, but for now it is in 2nd spot.The third biggest opening is by Akshay Kumar’s Housefull 5 which minted Rs 87.5crore closely followed by Mohit Suri, Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda’s Saiyaara which Rs 83.25 crore collection on the 4th spot.Ajay Devgn’s biggest hit of the year Raid 2 takes the 5th spot with a weekend collection of Rs 71.25 crore, it again had a 4 day weekend.Akshay makes an entry once again in the Top 10 weekends of 2025 with Sky Force, it collected Rs 62.25 crore over three days. On 7th spot is Aamir Khan’s comeback film Sitaare Zameen Par which had a weekend collection of Rs 58.5 crore. And the latest entrant to the list if Akshay’s fourth release of the year Jolly LLB 3 which minted Rs 53.50 crore going by Sunny Deol’s Jaat which had earned 40.25 crore and Tiger Shroff’s Baaghi 4 which collected Rs 31.25 crore over the weekend to take the 8th spot.The word of mouth on Jolly LLB 3 is strong and trade is expecting the film to have a double digit collection on Monday.
