Hilaria Baldwin lets fans into Hamptoms home; awaits buyer after slashing price on USD 20 million mansion

Hilaria Baldwin let her fans and followers in on her stunning Hamptons home, while she is still in search for a buyer of the sprawling estate she shares with her husband, Alec Baldwin. While hinting at a “new adventure” ahead for her family, the ‘Dancing with the Stars’ alum took to Instagram, sharing a video and photos of the property while opening up about the fond memories she created with her family. Sharing the clip and a few inside photos of the estate, she wrote, “Our family is going to go off on a new adventure which means we are selling our Hamptons home. It’s bittersweet because we have made so many amazing memories there, and we are excited for our next chapter! While we are sad to leave it, we know the next owners will love it just as much as we do…so I wanted to share it here…it really is a piece of paradise.”

About Hilaria and Alec’s multi-million dollar home

As reported by People, the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home features a grand eat-in kitchen, formal dining room, private wood-panelled library, home movie theatre and a wine-tasting room. Outdoors, the estate boasts extensive entertainment areas including a fireplace lounge, swimming pool, spa and a fenced vegetable garden.The New York Times reported that Alec originally purchased the property for USD 1.75 million in 1995. The actor later grew to “love” the estate and invested heavily in upgrades and extensions over the years. While turning the place into a family home, he also installed a 20-by-50-foot swimming pool in the backyard in 1996 and added an additional 1,400 square feet of living space after tying the knot.

The house is currently listed for USD 19,995,000. This is a huge USD 10 million lower than the family’s previous demand for USD 29 million when they first listed the property in November 2022. After the home failed ot get any takers, the Baldwins reportedly relisted the home for USD 21 million in December 2025, before further cutting the asking price by another USD 1 million at the start of 2026.
