Hailey Bieber’s shift away from PilatesThough she was once known as a devoted Pilates practitioner, Bieber recently shared her changing perspective on the full-body workout. In a video posted in April, she expressed her feelings about the movement’s current status. “Is that crazy for me to say? I love Pilates. I really do. But I think it’s become a little bit of like, a fad and it’s really hard to find really good teachers that care about form,” she explained to Time magazine, indicating a shift in her fitness philosophy. Bieber admitted that it is a cultural phenomenon, but said she was worried about the quality of teaching. Her honest opinion was part of the discussion regarding fitness trends and correct exercise technique.

Hailey Bieber’s beverage preferences and wellness practicesAs Bieber has evolved her fitness approach her beverage choices have also transformed. She noted that she has become a “coffee girl,” though she’s found an even more appealing alternative through her family’s travels. “When you drink a matcha from Japan, it spoils everything for you,” she explained describing how experiencing authentic versions of the drink has elevated her standards for this particular beverage. However one wellness practice remains central to Bieber’s routine: lymphatic drainage massages. She emphasized the importance of this technique in her overall health regimen. “I live by them, like obsessed with lymphatic drainage anything,” she stated, “but the massages specifically. It is really crazy how much water we hold onto in our bodies. And also the lymphatic system is so important for just detox in general and overall health, so I think completely underrated.”Bieber’s approach to the massage technique reflects her broader philosophy about preventative health and understanding the body’s natural systems.
