Rajpal Yadav’s ongoing legal battle

Rajpal Yadav is currently dealing with legal issues related to a payment dispute dating back to 2010. The actor missed the court-ordered surrender deadline after repeatedly breaching undertakings in a cheque bounce case. While he reportedly offered to pay Rs 25 lakh upfront and suggested a schedule to clear the remaining amount, the court refused to grant relief and instructed him to surrender by February 4, 2026. Subsequently, his counsel informed the bench that Yadav would present himself at Tihar Jail on February 5. Go to Source
