Govinda claims the bad publicity against him was ‘pre-planned’

Govinda claims the bad publicity against him was ‘pre-planned’, reacts to social media trolling: 'Kaam bolega, lafaz nahi'

Govinda recently opened up like never before during a candid chat with Mukesh Khanna. The actor spoke about turning down big-money film offers, dealing with controversies and bad publicity, as well as how he now reacts to trolling and criticism.

‘Main 100 crore chhod chuka tha’

Speaking about the time when reports claimed he was not getting work, Govinda revealed that he had actually rejected projects worth Rs 100 crore.“Main 100 crore chhod chuka tha,” the actor said. He further admitted that he later questioned his own decisions. “Main sheeshe ke aage khada reh ke apne aap ko thappad maar raha tha. Tera dimaag kharab ho gaya hai. Itne paise mile, apne ko finance kar deta.”The actor also hinted that the same projects later became successful after moving ahead without him.

‘Awaaz dil se nikle’

During the interaction, Govinda explained why he no longer believes in doing projects just for the sake of work.“Mera aisa sochna hai sir, aap kaam karein. Kyun kaam karein? Awaaz dil se nikle. Thought correct ho toh hi woh chalega bhi aur wahi accha lagega,” he shared.According to the actor, honesty towards oneself matters more than blindly chasing success.

Govinda claims the bad publicity against him was ‘pre-planned’

One of the most shocking moments from the conversation came when Govinda claimed that the controversies and negative narratives around him were organised deliberately. “Jis waqt mere saath badnaami ka daur chala, woh bahut hi poorv niyojit tha,” he alleged.Without naming anyone, the actor hinted that certain influential people wanted him removed from the system. He further stated that the conspiracies and experiences changed his personality over time.

Mukesh Khanna and Govinda react to social media trolling

During the conversation, Mukesh Khanna also brought up how social media often compares the two actors and blames them for ruining their own careers. He said, “Social media mein post aate hain ki Mukesh Khanna ka ahankaar aur Govinda ka late aana… dono ne apna career kharab kar diya.”Reacting to the trolling culture, Govinda responded, “Kaam bolega, lafaz nahi.”The actor added that online criticism does not affect him anymore because he has already experienced much tougher struggles in life.“Hum log local train mein seat pakadne ke liye gaaliyan kha chuke hain… yeh kya koi kisi ko badnaam karega?” he said.

‘Main spardha se nikal chuka hoon’

Towards the end of the chat, Govinda reflected on life, success and peace of mind.“Main spardha se nikal chuka hoon. Main sukhi aadmi hoon,” the actor said emotionally. He further added that he no longer feels the need to compete with anyone and is grateful for everything life and God have given him. Go to Source
