Putting an end to weeks of speculation, a source close to the project has finally confirmed that the beloved duo is indeed teaming up again.“Yes, Salman Khan and Govinda are coming together for a project. The film is currently in the early stages and yet to be titled. Details are being kept under wraps for now, but fans can definitely expect a grand reunion of this iconic duo,” the source was quoted by Bollywood Hungama. The two last shared screen space in David Dhawan’s 2007 blockbuster Partner, a film that went on to become one of Bollywood’s most successful comedies. Their natural camaraderie and impeccable comic timing made the pair unforgettable, cementing their place among the most entertaining on-screen jodis of their time.Buzz around their reunion intensified after Salman Khan recently dropped a hint on Bigg Boss, suggesting that something exciting with Govinda might be in the works. Although an official announcement hasn’t been made yet, social media is already buzzing with anticipation, with fans hoping this long-awaited reunion delivers another laughter-packed entertainer. Recently, Govinda hinted fans about his comeback. He said that he is “all set for a new inning”. Govinda took to Instagram, where he shared a picture of himself from a set in Film City. In the image, Govinda who is known for his impeccable comic timing and dance moves, is seen standing and smiling dressed in a bright yellow jacket with intricate patterns, paired with a white T-shirt, blue jeans, and brown shoes.Meanwhile, Salman is currently shooting for ‘Battle Of Galwan’.
