Fans name a star as ‘Saiyaara’; Ahaan-Aneet REACT

'Saiyaara' fans name a star after the film; Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda REACT with awe: 'Real galaxy has always been...'

Debutants Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda made their way into people’s hearts with their blockbuster film ‘Saiyaara’. While ‘Saiyaara’ literally means a star, their fans have now gone a step ahead and given the film an out-of-the-world tribute.

‘Saiyaara’ fans name a star

Fans of the romantic drama came together to name a real star after the movie, leaving both Ahaan and Aneet overwhelmed and speechless. On Tuesday, a fan club shared a picture on Instagram showing the star’s exact position in the sky. The heartfelt caption read, “Some love stories deserve to be remembered forever, not just on screen but in the universe itself. ✨ That’s why, as a gift for our fandom, I’ve named a star Saiyaara – so #Ahneet shines endlessly in the sky forever and ever and ever 🌌❤️✨ All thanks to my frnds …who gave me this idea and this is the best thing I could do for all our saiyaara paglus- WE GOT OUR OWN SAIYAARA STAR NOW.”

Ahaan Panday and Aneet Paddaa respond with heartfelt gratitude

Both Ahaan and Aneet were visibly touched by this extraordinary gesture. Panday shared his feelings, saying, “The real star is you. Thank you for shining so brightly. I remember the day Saiyaara left theatres, everything had happened, and I hadn’t let any of it sink in. Seeing this now feels like the film found its place in the universe, somewhere in the galaxy where beautiful things go after they leave. My words don’t quite hold what I feel, because what I feel is too beautiful to be put into words, but this is magical beyond measure, thank you truly. “Padda added her own heartfelt reaction, “Sometimes I think the film ended. Then you do something like this and I realise stories don’t end, they just find new skies :heartpulse: one star may be named Saiyaara, but the real galaxy has always been you all. Thank you for making our story feel infinite.”

Ahaan Panday’s mother also pens a comment

The joy of this moment was shared further by Ahaan’s mother, Deanne Panday, who took to Instagram comments. She wrote,“the sweetest” accompanied by heart-eyed emojis, expressing her delight at the fans’ thoughtful gift.

Directed by Mohit Suri ‘Saiyaara’ has become one of the biggest movies of 2025. The film has earned over Rs 550 crore worldwide. For those who missed it in cinemas, it is now available for streaming on the OTT platform. Go to Source
